Requirements

• Exhibit excellent customer service skills
• Manage the store to ensure sales goals are met and expenses are controlled
• Appraise and price inventory to extract the greatest monetary value from donated goods
• Ensure a positive public image of Goodwill through a clean store environment and attractive displays
• Communicate with customers, employees, and management to promote excellent customer service
