The Store Manager is responsible for overall store operation, including collections, processing sales, personnel management, financial performance, vocational service plan implementation, and Asset Protection activities.
Requirements
- Prefer a BA/BS and/or minimum of two years retail supervisory experience.
- Prior profit and loss, sales or cost management accountability preferred.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills through command of the English language in order to work with customers and employees.
- Must exhibit a high level of integrity and business ethics.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must meet qualitative and quantitative performance standards as established by the company.
- Must pass drug screening and criminal background check.
- Must possess a valid California driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- Must not present a direct threat of safety and health to self, others or property.
- No record or disclosure of criminal conviction that indicates a tendency toward theft, violence, dishonesty, deceit, drug use, moral turpitude or predatory behavior in conflict with the functions listed within this job description.
- Must immediately inform Supervisor of any arrests and/or convictions that occur while employed at Goodwill.
- Must provide proof of identification and eligibility to work in the United States.
