Job Description
The Customer Service Associate Trainee Part Time position involves providing exceptional customer service, processing register transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The role also requires cross-training in various areas, such as donation-utility associate and barcoder, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Follow all Goodwill policies and safety procedures
- Process register transactions and handle money
- Achieve 40% Round-Up transaction average every month
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Provide excellent customer service
- Train to complete opening and closing procedures
- Stock and maintain sales floor with newly processed merchandise
