Job Description
The Senior Customer Service Associate is responsible for positively impacting the customer experience by training and mentoring other Customer Service Associates, providing feedback to store management, and promoting sales. The role requires proficiency in opening and closing procedures, running registers, and maintaining sales floor standards.
