Shift Supervisor F/T

Assists the Store Manager in all operations of the Goodwill Retail Store or Outlet.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus a minimum of one year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to speak effectively with customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
• Must be able to effectively delegate tasks to store personnel to ensure that store operations are fulfilled and carry out assigned duties with minimal supervision.
