Shift Supervisor F/T

Assists the Store Manager in all operations of the Goodwill Retail Store or Outlet, including customer service, used goods processing, and store maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus a minimum of one year related experience and/or training
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to speak effectively with customers, clients and other employees of the organization
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions
