Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager leads the daily operations of a Retail Store location for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, helping to fund the Goodwill mission of ending unemployment. Key responsibilities include people leadership, store operations, customer service, financial management, and training and development of store Team Members.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- One-year work experience in Retail Management
- One-year customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
