Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager position at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. Leads daily operations of sales floor, assists with leading production room, and ensures customer service, financial management, inventory control, and training of store Team Members. Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• One-year work experience in Retail Management
• One-year customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
