Teachers Assistant

Teachers Assistant role assisting with educational curriculum and student success at Spark Community Schools, a microschool concept. Assists teachers with blended-age classroom management, individualized learning, and administrative tasks. Supports students with Social Emotional Learning, Reading, Writing, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Project-Based Learning.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills
• Experience using a computer and online tools
• Ability to pass a Level 1 background check, drug screening, and obtain an AZ IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Good judgment, discretion, confidentiality
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
• Experience working with children (coaching, mentoring, childcare, teaching, volunteering, etc.) highly preferred
