Textiles Production Associate - Durango Store

We are looking for an optimistic, fast-paced candidate with drive to meet daily goals and be part of a strong team. This position processes donated clothing into inventory to be sold on the sales floor. Knowledge of clothing brands and quality is a plus! This position has minimum production quotas each day.

Requirements

• Sort donated textiles by season, color, and quality of product.
• Inspect textiles to ensure the product is in good saleable condition.
• Hang, size and price, tag, and prepare textile items to be sold.
• Make decisions to price according to Goodwill standards of quality and value of the product.
• Provide excellent customer service to fellow staff and customers.
• Follow all retail center policies and procedures.
• Follow all safety processes and procedures to help provide a safe working environment for employees and customers.
• Cross-train as needed in other departments and areas when required.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to provide a safe and efficient workflow for employees and customers.
