Job Description
The Team Leader will assist the management team with the responsibilities of the day-to-day activities and operation of a retail store. The team lead will provide leadership and direction to staff, program participants, donors and customers, ensuring that production and quality goals and standards are achieved while maintaining and promoting a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 or more years’ experience in retail, including fast food, re-sale, or manufacturing/production experience required, management experience preferred
