Job Description
The Driver Helper assists the Transportation Manager with the loading and unloading of trucks and trailers, ensuring proper sorting and placement of materials. They assist drivers with navigation and observation of potential hazards, and maintain compliance with Goodwill Industries' policies. This full-time position involves a flexible work schedule and minimal supervisory supervision.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Pass drug and background screening
- Collaborative team member, independently resourceful
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Forklift experience a plus
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of identification
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Knowledge of material handling equipment
- Ability to work with limited supervision
