The Case Manager II performs case management with individual program participants, functions at a highly skilled level, and reviews agency reports to develop summaries. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the "trauma informed care" model and can maintain a strength-based perspective. This position is committed to improving the quality of services provided.
Requirements
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in social services or related field and at least two years of successful experience in the delivery of human services
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professional integrity
- Ability to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate personal effectiveness through strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency working with computers including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
- Must provide proof of identification and eligibility to work in the United States
- Must pass a drug and background screening
- Must have access to reliable transportation that does not interfere with performing the essential functions of the job description
