Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to oversee quality inspections, lead investigations, and track key quality metrics in electronics manufacturing. The ideal candidate has experience with UL certifications, electronics manufacturing standards, and leadership skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA/QC experience in electronics Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with ISO 9001 practices and standards
- Hands-on experience managing UL certifications (UL 94 flammability, UL 508A control panels, etc)
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
