Requirements

• Define and lead the firm's global creative vision, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing strategy and business objectives
• Develop a deep understanding of the Goodwin brand and continuously elevate and evolve its expression across all channels
• Translate marketing goals into clear, compelling, and novel creative solutions
• Oversee all creative design and copywriting projects and initiatives end-to-end from ideation through execution
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team across creative disciplines
• Optimize creative workflows, processes, and tools to drive efficiency and scalability in close collaboration with team members in other Marketing functions
