Associate, Business Operations and Strategy

We're looking for an Associate in Business Operations and Strategy to join our central Business Operations and Strategy team. As a member of BizOps, you will drive strategic, operational, and organizational improvements across the company's product areas and functions. You will own the problem definition, run your own workstreams/analyses, and persuasively communicate your recommendations to executives, influencing strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3 years of experience in management consulting or other equivalent business strategy experience
• Excellent problem-solving, modeling, and presentation skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
