As a Customer Engineer in the federal public sector space, you will partner with technical Sales teams to differentiate Google Cloud to our customers and help prospective and existing customers understand the power of Google Cloud.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions that leverage or integrate generative AI
- Experience with software and cloud based compliance requirements, such as Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) and Cyber-security Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)
- Experience engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders in the public sector
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in, or supporting, National Security customers
- Experience with security concepts such as encryption, identity management, and access control
- Experience with networking concepts such as software-defined networking, routing, virtual private networks, load balancers, and firewalls
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally at the C-level within prospect companies
