Job Description
Data Center Facilities Technician I, Electrical job at Google: Design and operate sophisticated electrical systems in data centers, inspect and maintain facilities conditions, and ensure environmental and safety standards are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience with electrical testing equipment or electrical distribution in an industrial or commercial environment
- Ability to participate in material handling tasks (e.g., lifting, carrying or moving up to 50 lbs of equipment), the required use of OSHA standard safety equipment
- Ability to work non-standard hours and differing work rotations/shifts
