Job Description
The Data Center Facilities Technician, Mechanical role is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing various data center systems, managing uptime and maintenance of water pumps and treatment systems, and operating, monitoring, and responding to abnormal conditions in the data center facilities systems and equipment.
Requirements
- Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of Mechanical/HVAC experience in an industrial or commercial environment.
- Ability to participate in material handling tasks such as lifting, carrying or moving up to 50 lbs of equipment.
- Ability to work non-standard hours and differing work rotations/shifts.
