Facilities Manager, Data Center Operations

The Facilities Manager, Data Center Operations will lead efforts to perform compliance activities, monitor data center systems operations, and ensure sites are following facility, maintenance, and standard programs globally. They will also develop strategies to reduce operational costs, improve efficiency, and reduce environmental impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in data center operations or other relevant operational experience in regulated environments/industries
• 5 years of experience managing technical teams and vendors
• Master's degree in a related Engineering field (preferred)
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in a data center environment (preferred)
• Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels (preferred)
