As a Practice Customer Engineer, you will partner with Technical Sales teams to differentiate Google Cloud to customers, drive technical wins for complex workloads, and provide deep technical consultation to customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing pre-sales role
- Experience with enterprise architectures and migration strategies
- Experience engaging with technical stakeholders and executive leaders
- Experience with data centers consolidation, relocation, migration, or virtualization projects
- Experience migrating, architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems
- Experience with networking concepts (e.g., Routing, VPNs, load balancers, and firewalls)
- Experience migrating Linux workloads across private, public, or hybrid cloud environments
- Experience with enterprise approaches for business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup and restore
