Job Description
Google is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work on Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) File and Block Storage team, responsible for the full life-cycle of file and block storage within Google Distributed Cloud Hosted (GDCH), with a focus on delivering high-performance, secure, and multi-tenant storage services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience programming in C++, Go, or Python.
- 3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies or cloud storage.
- 3 years of experience with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and 2 years of experience with software design and architecture.
