Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure, Google Cloud Business Platforms

As a software engineer at Google, you will work on critical projects, design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions. You will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, and participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders. You will also review code developed by other developers and provide feedback, and contribute to existing documentation or educational content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience with software development in C++, C, or Python
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products
• 1 year of experience with software design and architecture
• 3 years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field (optional)
• 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms (optional)
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role (optional)
• Experience developing accessible technologies (optional)
