Senior Staff Research Scientist, Google Cloud AI

Google Cloud AI is seeking a Senior Staff Research Scientist to conduct fundamental research, innovate new products, and contribute to Google Cloud's mission of bringing AI to various industries. The role involves setting up large-scale tests, deploying ideas, and applying theories to improve products and technologies. This scientist will share findings with the research community and collaborate with internal and external partners to push the state-of-the-art in AI, ultimately benefiting Google Cloud's customers.

Requirements

• PhD degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with research agendas across multiple teams or projects.
• One or more scientific publication submission(s) for conferences, journals, or public repositories.
• Coding experience in Python, JavaScript, R, Java, or C++.
