Software Engineering Manager II, Google Distributed Cloud

As a Software Engineering Manager II, you will lead a team of engineers and manage major projects, providing technical leadership and expertise to optimize code and team performance. You will design and develop software systems, review code, and work with partner teams to accelerate development and delivery of the platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in software development
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python, Go)
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role
