Job Description
As a Staff Research Scientist Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of hardware for a neutral-atom quantum computer apparatus, develop error-tolerant architectures, and publish research findings.
Requirements
- PhD degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering
- 2 years of experience managing a team
- One or more scientific publication submission(s) for conferences, journals, or public repositories related to quantum
- 2 years of experience leading a research program
- Experience in optical and mechanical design software
- Expertise in building neutral atom experiments
- Track record of effective collaboration with theorists
- Knowledge of computer science
