Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience in the consumer electronics manufacturing industry
• 8 years of experience in project launches, design for excellence, and fixture design/qualification
• 8 years of experience in people management
• Experience in vendor management, mechanical part end-to-end quality management, statistical processes control, metrology design
