As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You will be responsible for planning, buying, building, and deploying infrastructure for Google’s needs, and leading your programs through the product lifecycle, ensuring execution enablement, and smooth transitions to downstream partner teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in program management
- Experience in electrical engineering
- Experience in design validation and new product introduction
- MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering, Analytics, Operations Research, or Supply Chain (preferred)
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
- Experience in hardware design and manufacturing in a new product introduction (NPI) role
- Experience in data center infrastructure or operations, or construction, coordination of deployments cross-functionally
- Ability to think strategically, and to handle complex problems across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent investigative, organizational, prioritization, verbal and written communication skills
