As a Workspace Architect, you will deliver professional services engagements that provide technical delivery and guidance to Google customers deploying and adopting Google Workspace. You will act as a subject matter expert and thought leader for both customers and Google Workspace partners, advising on reference architectures and best practices for application design, scalability, and supportability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
- 5 years of experience in deploying workspace or similar technologies for customers.
- Experience in client-facing projects/troubleshooting with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in working with and promoting Software as a Service (SaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), or Platform as a Service (PaaS) platform.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally.
- Ability to adapt best practices into reusable delivery methodologies and improve them based upon field experience.
- Experience assessing and delivering solutions that meet regional compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience experimenting with generative AI for content creation and familiarity with building simple workflows or connecting APIs (e.g., using no-code/low-code platforms) to automate tasks and work more effectively.
- Experience deploying Google’s collaboration tools (e.g., Workspace, Classroom, Chrome) in either an education or enterprise setting.
- Ability to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.
- Experience developing low-code/no-code solutions and integrations using AI to enhance business workflows.
