Job Description
Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates (OAs) to join their operations team. OAs will play a crucial role in picking, packing, receiving product, and managing inventory, with focus on customer service and company standards. They will help reduce waste and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Experience working in a restaurant or retail environment (preferred)
- Ability to work a fluid schedule and be available during peak shifts
- General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications
- Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Availability to work morning, evening, weekends, nights and holidays
