Retail Key Holder, San Leandro, #497

BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder for our Retail Operations team. This position is responsible for opening and closing the store and performing other duties in the absence of management.

Requirements

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and establishing rapport with customers while informing them of the products and services
• Assist the store in periods of high volume and provide support for new employees
• Knowledge of in house products to provide customers with recommendations
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling
• Ability to work with fluid schedules
• Team-oriented mentality
