CNC Set Up Operator 3rd

The CNC Setup Operator ensures the production of company products at the highest quality and at the lowest possible cost, meeting company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Pulls all necessary tools and fixtures to set program in the mill
• Runs first piece to see that all the dimensions match the print
• Takes the first part to QC Lab for first piece inspection approval
• Sets approved first piece at machine center for reference until job is completed
• Make necessary notes for operator to follow
• Be available to make additional adjustments if necessary
• Performs any and all other duties assigned by management
