Maint. Lead 1st shift

The Maintenance Lead will assist the Maintenance supervisor with overseeing the maintenance personnel on his shift, work duties, equipment break downs, training, and projects. The role will also perform their own maintenance responsibilities and ensure the production of company products at the highest quality and at the lowest possible cost.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years maintenance supervisory experience
• Training in Electrical, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics preferred
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
