Operate computer-controlled machines to perform one or more machine functions on metal work pieces, including setting up, operating, and tending robotic welding machines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints
- Ability to perform routine preventative maintenance
- Ability to lift and load work pieces into the machine
- Ability to review blueprints to determine finished work piece dimensions
