Job Description
This full-time position is for a Project Coordinator for the Product Team. The role involves administrative support, customer service, and collaboration with various departments. The coordinator ensures excellent customer service, manages customer accounts, and streamlines sales processes. They must also maintain sales order accuracy and follow up on outstanding requests.
Requirements
- College B.S. Degree or equivalent preferred
- 1-year experience in Customer Service and/or Technical Sales Representation
- Proficiency with computer systems (CAD, CRM, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience with Spreadsheet management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and planning skills
