Warehouse Inventory Supervisor

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for the overall accuracy, control, and performance of inventory operations across the warehouse. This role ensures inventory integrity is maintained through disciplined execution of processes, accurate system management, and strong team leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of inventory, warehouse, or distribution experience, including 1+ year in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes, including cycle counts, adjustments, reconciliation, and root cause analysis
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive process improvements
• Experience with warehouse systems (NetSuite, RF Smart preferred) and understanding of how inventory impacts fulfillment and receiving
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including team development, performance management, and accountability ownership
