Job Description
Compliance Program Coordinator supports the organization's security and compliance program by coordinating control evidence collection, monitoring compliance activities, and helping maintain audit readiness. This role ensures compliance controls are operating effectively and required evidence is collected, organized, and maintained throughout the audit period.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cyber security, Computer Science, Business Administration, Risk Management, Accounting or Internal Audit
- 2–5 years of experience in IT compliance, Security operations, Internal audit, Governance, risk & compliance (GRC), SOC 2 or ISO 27001 support
- Familiarity with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks, Internal controls and audit processes, IT security concepts (access management, logging, vulnerability management), Documentation and evidence management
