Job Description
Join a FQHC Community Health Clinic as the full-time Director of Behavioral Health, responsible for overseeing and enhancing behavioral health services, ensuring comprehensive and patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, or a related field
- Active California licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PhD, PsyD, or RN with psychiatric background)
- Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in management in behavioral health, including leadership and senior management roles
- Thorough knowledge of mental health best practices and regulatory standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
