Family Practice Physician

As a Family Practice Physician, you will manage everyday health needs, guide preventive care, and serve as the first point of contact for individuals and families.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility
• DEA certification
• Experience in outpatient or primary care settings preferred
