Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time telehealth opportunity where you will provide virtual therapy, evaluate client needs, and help clients work toward practical mental health goals.

Requirements

• Meet with clients virtually for therapy and counseling appointments
• Perform initial assessments and gather relevant psychosocial information
• Create and manage treatment plans based on client needs
• Record progress notes and maintain complete clinical files
• Provide ongoing support for mental health, emotional stress, and behavioral concerns
• Evaluate outcomes and modify treatment plans when needed
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active LCSW license in good standing
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy services
• Strong documentation and case management skills
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
