Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

This position involves providing online therapy services to clients, assessing client needs, creating therapy plans, and supporting clients with coping methods and goal tracking. The role is hands-on and requires clear communication, sound judgment, and quality care delivery.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field
• Active LPC license in Colorado
• Solid understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
• Comfort with video-based care and electronic record systems
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
