Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

A Licensed Professional Counselor provides therapy sessions through telehealth for clients working through mental health, emotional, and behavioral concerns.

Requirements

• Hold virtual counseling sessions using a secure telehealth platform
• Complete psychosocial assessments and gather clinical history
• Build treatment plans based on each client’s goals and needs
• Keep session notes and records current and accurate
• Monitor response to treatment and adjust care strategies when appropriate
• Help clients strengthen coping tools and problem-solving skills
• Respond to urgent mental health concerns using proper clinical protocols
