Deliver skilled treatment to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence for patients in an outpatient Physical Therapist role. Create clear plans of care, support patients through progressive rehab, and maintain documentation that meets clinical and payer expectations.

Requirements

• Accredited DPT program completion
• Active PA Physical Therapist license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Outpatient ortho experience
• Strong time management and communication skills
