Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
• 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry equipment
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, capable of handling technical communication and documentation in a bilingual environment
• Familiar with automated production equipment and process flow, with experience in equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills for equipment troubleshooting and optimization
• Proficient in using CAD software to view and modify equipment drawings
• Strong cross-functional communication and teamwork skills, working closely with process, production, and quality teams
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally for equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
