Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of utility maintenance engineers and technicians
• Manage operation and maintenance of industrial utility equipment
• Troubleshoot utility equipment failures and abnormal operating conditions
• Develop and implement technical improvements and reliability enhancements for utility equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
