Internal Audit Manager

The Internal Audit Manager will lead a team of auditors to execute the annual audit plan, identifying risks, evaluating internal controls, and developing audit requirements. They will prepare audit reports, present findings to senior management, and stay updated with industry trends and regulations, ensuring the oversight of all GoTo entities' governance.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of experience.
• Previous Asst Mgr / Mgr experience in Internal Audit practice of accounting / advisory firm preferred.
• Relevant professional qualification in internal audit such as CIA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in auditing basic business cycles, SOX, ERM and QAR.
• Strong understanding of audit methodology, control testing and root-cause analysis, audit project management and team supervision.
• Detailed oriented, hands-on in project execution and strong communication skills.
• Experience in internal audit quality assurance review is preferred.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) English.
