The ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial real estate law and be highly motivated with a positive career trajectory.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience practicing commercial real estate law
• Portable book of business required
• Strong real estate experience in transactional matters
• Experience in commercial lending and banking transactions
• Experience with entitlement, zoning, and tax issues
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage complex transactions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
