Corporate Partner

Gould & Ratner LLP is seeking an Income (non-equity) Partner to join its Corporate Practice. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, the ability to independently run and manage complex transactions, and will have expertise in at least two of the following areas: M&A, EC/VC, secured lending and financing transactions, joint ventures, and other transactional and corporate governance matters.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience practicing corporate transactional law
• Ability to independently run deals from inception to closing
• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating complex transactional agreements
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
