The Customer Governance Specialist is responsible for ensuring quality, accuracy, security, and compliance of customer data across the organization, supporting data governance initiatives and maintaining data integrity to enable reliable reporting and informed business decisions.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
- High level of attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve data issues
