The Pricing Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Sales Finance team by maintaining pricing accuracy, administering customer pricing programs, and ensuring timely execution of price changes across the organization.
Requirements
- Accurately maintain and administer customer pricing, allowances, and discount files.
- Execute price changes, updates, and additions within GFI’s ERP system in a timely manner.
- Manage pricing and discount requests while facilitating the appropriate approval process.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Executive leadership teams to prioritize pricing initiatives and requests.
- Provide pricing data and reporting support to Sales, Sales Support, and Sales Finance teams.
- Work closely with the Sales Finance Manager to improve pricing, allowance, and discount processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Review pricing data for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Support internal reporting and data validation related to pricing programs.
